Requirements
 High school diploma or equivalent; bachelorÂs degree preferred.
 Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
 Proven customer service experience, ideally in a virtual or remote setting.
 Proficiency with computer systems and software applications.
 Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
