Mon-Sat. 8am-10pm CST (MUST BE ABLE TO WORK AN 8-HOUR SHIFT BETWEEN HOURS OF OPERATION)

Job Details and Description:
• Answer inbound calls, occasionally make outbound calls assisting with medically related inquires.
• Using computer skills for data entry.
• Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
• Collaborating with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.

Job Requirements

Requirements: • MUST HAVE 1 YEAR OR MORE OF RECENT CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE (NO EXCEPTIONS) • Provide positive customer service and empathy. • Must have High Speed Internet with modem access. • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes (preferred).
