Responsibilities
 Provide timely and empathetic support to clients via live chat
 Assess client needs and guide them to appropriate resources and services
 Document... interactions and maintain accurate records of client communication
 Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and outcomes
 Stay informed about community resources and support services
 Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required
 Adhere to organizational policies and confidentiality standards
 High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience is preferred
 Previous experience in customer service or crisis intervention is a plus
 Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
 Ability to remain calm and empathetic in high-stress situations
 Proficient in using computer systems and live chat software
 Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
 Flexible schedule, with availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
