Working as a domiciliary care assistant in Central London on a guaranteed hours contract, youÂll make a genuine difference to the lives of the people you support. About the role:
You will be visiting clients in their own homes in Central London, working as a domiciliary carer with a minimum call time of 1 hour.
You will assist with:
 Supporting clients with their personal care
 Supporting with continence management
 Administering medication
 Light housework
 Preparing healthy meals
 Accompanying clients to appointments and social outings
 Supporting clients to pursue their interests and hobbies
 Offering specialised care for people living with conditions such as dementia, ParkinsonÂs disease, strokes and other conditions, as well as end of life care
WeÂre looking for:
 A minimum of 6 months professional care experience
 Household management skills e.g. cleaning, hoovering and keeping a home tidy
 Ability to work effectively within time allocated
 Reliable and punctual
 Able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
 IT skills  able to use a computer / laptop and online systems
