Job description

The Mahogany Projek, LLC is a therapy practice that has been in business for over 5 years. We are a fast paced practice that prides ourselves on our staff and their ability to work as part of a team. We are looking for a Receptionist to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support the dental team through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. Therapy/Medical experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
• Greet patients, answer phones, check-in/out patients
• Create patient charts, ensure all necessary information is entered
• Prepare for each day’s work by checking supplies
• Take payments; enter purchase information into practice software (if purchased)
• Check for patient confidentiality and report any issues to the practice manager or doctor (if an independent contractor)
• Maintain a tidy reception area at all times, sort through mail and place outgoing mail in the correct spot.
• Keep reception area clean and tidy, perform other tasks as needed such as filing or photocopying documents
• Perform other duties as assigned by the office manager or doctor (not required)

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
