Requirements
 Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
 Proficiency in using Apple products and services
 Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
 Excellent time management skills
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 High-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
 Previous customer service experience is preferred
Responsibilities
 Provide exceptional customer service through phone, chat, and email
 Resolve technical issues related to Apple products and services
 Assist customers with product setup and troubleshooting
 Document customer interactions and solutions
 Stay up-to-date with Apple products, services, and policies
 Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes

Educational Qualifications

Experience
