Key Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients seeking financial and insurance solutions.
• Use provided leads to meet sales goals—no cold calling or door-to-door sales.
• Understand clients’ insurance needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.
• Maintain professionalism and uphold company values such as transparency and integrity.
• Complete necessary training and obtain a Life Insurance License.
• Work independently in a self-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications
• No experience necessary; we will provide full training.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a state Life Insurance License.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus but not required.
