Data Entry Clerk (Work From Home)

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems from the comfort of your home. This role requires a high level of accuracy, time management, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities...
 Input data into company databases, systems, or spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
 Verify and cross-check data for errors, discrepancies, or inconsistencies, and correct any mistakes as needed.
 Organize and maintain data files and records for easy access and retrieval.
 Prepare reports and summaries based on the data entered when required.
 Communicate with other departments to gather information and ensure accurate data entry.
 Perform regular backups of data to prevent data loss and maintain data security.
 Adhere to deadlines and manage time effectively while working independently from a remote location.
 Assist with other administrative tasks as required, such as generating reports, conducting online research, or handling email correspondence.
 Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and follow all company data security protocols.
Qualifications: Â High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelorÂs degree is a plus. Â Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a remote setting. Â Fast and accurate typing skills with a strong attention to detail. Â Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with data entry or database software. Â Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently without constant supervision. Â Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective remote collaboration. Â Ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues that may arise when working remotely. Â Comfortable using remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, or similar). Â Reliable high-speed internet connection and a home office setup conducive to productive work.
