TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Manage prospective investors to identify, qualify, and answer questions about new investment opportunities.  Diligently manage and log sales activities for warm leads, contacts, and prospecting activities in HubSpot/Salesforce  Drive engagement with appropriate resources such as due diligence materials and webinars  Work with internal functional teams to ensure that all investor requests and inquiries are managed efficiently and timely  Attend trainings ranging from New Investment Opportunities and including Industry/Competitor Trends/News  Perform all other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:  Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics in a simple way to a diverse audience  Quick learner with an aptitude of CRM's like Salesforce and other technology  Ability to exercise considerable judgment, maintain confidentiality, work in accordance with all company policies  Excellent people skills and relationship-building capabilities  EST availability required
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Includes a typical office or at home environment, with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
