Key Responsibilities: Â Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Â Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Â Process orders, handle returns, and resolve customer complaints. Â Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor. Â Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Â Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Essential Skills and Experience:
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not essential for the right candidate with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
