Requirements
 Strong knowledge of Apple products and services
 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
 Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
 High-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
 Customer service experience is preferred
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 Proficient in using remote support tools and software
Responsibilities
 Provide remote technical support to Apple customers via phone, chat, and email
 Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Apple hardware and software
 Guide customers through step-by-step solutions to their technical problems
 Document customer interactions and technical issues in our CRM system
 Stay up-to-date with the latest Apple products, services, and updates
 Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
 Collaborate with team members to share best practices and solutions
Educational Qualifications
 High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred
 Certifications in IT or related fields are a plus
Experience
 Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a technical support role
 Experience with Apple products and services is highly desirable
