Responsibilities: • Assist with daily living activities: personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration • Offer companionship and emotional support • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and respect client rights • Follow Care Plans and deliver personal care services • Complete visit documentation and time sheets • Communicate client care needs and changes • Coordinate with agency staff for effective care delivery

Requirements: • Home Care Aide (HCA) Certification (Required) • 2+ year of experience in home care, assisted living, or caregiving preferred • Ability to lift, transfer patients, and perform physical tasks • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Willingness to collaborate with healthcare professionals • California Driver's License (Required) • Ability to work weekends and US holidays • Relocate to Los Angeles, CA before starting work
