As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their questions are answered and issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities: Â Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Â Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to customers. Â Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customerÂs complaint and determining the cause of the problem. Â Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Â Manage and update customer accounts. Â Process orders, forms, applications, and requests. Â Escalate unresolved issues to higher tiers when necessary.
Requirements
 High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
 Proven customer service experience or experience as a client service representative.
 Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
