We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Director of Clinical Operations to lead and enhance clinical operations across multiple healthcare facilities. This pivotal role is instrumental in achieving high-quality patient care and improving performance metrics in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the daily clinical operations of affiliated facilities, ensuring optimal efficiency and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Monitor and evaluate provider performance, focusing on quality, productivity, and compliance with facility guidelines.
• Collaborate on quality initiatives such as Five-Star measures and QAPI initiatives, aimed at minimizing rehospitalizations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by proactively addressing and resolving partner concerns.
• Engage regularly with facility partners to nurture strong working relationships.
• Participate in the onboarding and ongoing education of facility personnel.
• Utilize various computer systems to streamline operations effectively.
• Collaborate closely with the VP of Clinical Operations and the team to ensure seamless operational workflows.

Required Skills
• Extensive knowledge of Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) quality measures and regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership experience, showcasing effective employee management and team development.
• Proficient in managing work Relative Value Units (wRVU) and understanding productivity metrics.
• Technologically adept with a strong command of various computer systems.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to conduct root cause analysis.
• Strong autonomous working abilities while recognizing healthcare staffing needs.

Qualifications
• A minimum of five years in a leadership position within Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), such as Director of Nursing or Administrator.
• A relevant clinical educational credential is required.
