Job Description

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in production operations management
• Proven track record of managing production teams and processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in production management software and tools

Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Develop and implement production schedules and plans
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement
• Manage and mentor production teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products
• Prepare and present reports on production performance to senior management
