What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Manage the operational programs and oversee third-party providers for corporate travel and corporate card programs
 Lead a cross-functional team to support the programs and implement value-added enhancements
 Provide excellent customer service and solutions for travel and card program requests
 Analyze travel and card spend, implement cost-saving measures, and report results to management
 Guide and support staff to enhance their skills and assist with finance internship and development programs
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 Expertise in corporate travel, corporate card, and/or finance related to the insurance industry
 Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities
 Ability to lead and influence change across the enterprise and with external parties
 Strong initiative and capacity to manage ambiguity while meeting deadlines
 Commitment to promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 Proven people leadership experience
 Familiarity with industry tools and processes, including expense management and vendor experience
 Experience in enterprise-wide program development and resolving escalations from business leaders
