If you have experience in the local services industry, especially in the mold removal / restoration industry, you will stand out in this role, but this is NOT required.

Key Responsibilities
• Search Marketing Leadership: Oversee and manage search marketing efforts across SEO, Google Ads, Google Local Ads, and other PPC channels to achieve lead generation goals.
• Campaign Execution & Delegation: Lead campaigns by working independently or through delegation to contractors/vendors for services like development, content writing, and link building.
• Analytics & Reporting Setup: Set up and manage Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, GoHighLevel, CallRail, and LookerStudio to track and analyze key performance metrics.
• Website Setup & Management: Ensure website functionality on WordPress, using hosting providers like GoDaddy and Kinsta.
• Team Support & Onboarding: Offer training and onboarding support for new team members and junior staff.
• SOPs & Tools: Assist in developing standard operating procedures and identifying the necessary tools for team success.
• Client Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships, conduct strategic planning sessions, report on campaign performance, and set quarterly goals.
• Reporting & Insights: Present regular performance reports to clients, offering actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
• Communication: As we are a remote agency, it is critical that you are able to efficiently communicate via email and Discord chat

Qualifications
• Proven experience in search marketing (SEO, Google Ads, Google Local Ads).
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, GoHighLevel, CallRail, and WordPress management.
• Strong communication skills and client management experience.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, leveraging internal/external resources.
• Experience in the restoration or mold removal industry is a plus, but not required.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Our Clients:We work with a diverse range of clients, including healthcare professionals, local businesses (such as junk removal and mold remediation), and eCommerce companies. Experience with restoration or mold removal marketing is a plus.
