What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Provide Help Desk phone coverage for incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring calls are directed to the appropriate staff members
• Acquire knowledge and proficiency in systems leveraged by the Help Desk to assist members effectively
• Resolve customer service issues and pharmacy network problems to ensure client satisfaction
• Assist with the startup of new clients, including new group enrollments, changes, and deletions
• Perform office duties such as copying, collating, mailings, filing, and credit card processing as needed

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
• Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
• 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
• Completion of mandatory training programs, including HIPAA Privacy Course and HIPAA Security Course
• Exceptional phone, listening, written, and verbal communication skills

• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
