Job Description

Requirements
 High school diploma or equivalent
 Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
 Basic technical knowledge of Apple products (iPhones, iPads, Macs, etc.)
 Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
 Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
 Previous customer support experience is a plus
 Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism
Responsibilities
 Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner
 Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance to resolve them
 Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary
 Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
 Stay updated on the latest Apple products, services, and features
 Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer support processes
 Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and support skills

Educational Qualifications
