Responsibilities
 Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
 Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
 Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services.
 Close sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts
 Meeting Sales Goals
 Be the vehicle expert. Know the inÂs & the outÂs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
 Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
 Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
 Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
 Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
 Bring your ÂA game & positive attitude with you every day
 Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints
Qualifications
 Available to work flexible hours & Saturdays
 Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product inÂs & outÂs
 Fantastic communication skills with your customers
 Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
 Valid Driver's License
 Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen (THC is not tested for pre employment)
 Must be at least 18 years or older
