Hotel Experience Coordinator - Part Time
Posted 2025-04-06As a Hotel Experience Coordinator, you will create magic by providing a personalized and seamless experience for the Guests of the Disneyland® Resort hotels! The Hotel Experience Team assists Guests with inquiries about future stays and return stay bookings; selling, building, and setting up in-room celebrations; registering, setting up, hosting, and striking Resort Guest Activities; and... assisting Resort Hotel Guests with in-house requests.
Responsibilities :
 Manage a large number of requests from Guests and Cast Members via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
 Answer incoming calls from Guests to resolve requests or concerns, book or change an itinerary/reservation, and sell in-room celebrations and activities
 Actively promote and provide detailed descriptions of hotel experiences, amenities, benefits, and hours of operation
 Lead and engage Guests in a variety of activities and experiences including exciting seasonal and holiday events and activities
 Work in a fast-paced environment and independently keeping up to date with changing product knowledge and policy and procedure changes
 Handle difficult situations independently, while expertly applying service recovery methods and following the Disney Standards of Guest Service
Basic Qualifications :
 Possess a positive, outgoing, and friendly personality while providing excellent Guest service
 Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
 Ability to partner with other operating departments
 Strong technical skills and the ability to work with multiple computer-based systems at once
 Proven ability to handle obstacles positively and professionally, and to effectively communicate these problems, along with suggested solutions to the Manager
 Be active in the role of safety and security. Be cognizant of all emergency-reporting procedures
 Ability to remain calm and courteous in demanding and difficult Guest situations
Preferred Qualifications: Â Proficiency in Opera hotel property management system, HotSOS, Al la Carte, and Guest Service Suite

SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY
Our Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Scheduling will require availability to work weekends, holidays, and have a flexible schedule when business requires
