Part-Time Safety Coordinator (Remote)
Posted 2025-04-05The Safety Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Safety Manager through, but not limited to, organizational support, data entry, and general administrative duties.
Essential Job Duties
 Assist the Safety Manager in executing workplace health and safety plans in accordance with company policy and federal, state, and local regulations
 Assist with updating and maintaining the safety manual, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety resources
 Assist with site incident notifications and case management
 Utilize digital tools and platforms to facilitate communication and document sharing
 Provide administrative support with Help Scout (safety communications) and the safety management software
 Organize and maintain the digital filing system through SharePoint, internal drives, etc.
 Audit data within the safety management system to ensure accurate reporting
 Manage special projects as needed
 Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a high-volume... business environment
 Previous experience working in an administrative, safety, or similar role is required
 OSHA knowledge and understanding of safety practices preferred
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, organize tasks, and meet deadlines
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Adobe software
 Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
 High School Diploma or equivalent

 Ability to perform as a responsible ESOP owner by making daily decisions to benefit the client and the company
