What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Build, design, and maintain dashboards in Power BI and other business intelligence applications
• Process and interpret data requests to create accurate reports for decision-making
• Collaborate with users and management to establish requirements for new reports or modifications
• Audit critical reports and ensure results are accurate through testing and validation
• Provide ongoing training to Power BI users and resolve report-related issues

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field preferred
• 3 to 5 years of experience with Data and Analytics required
• 3 to 5 years of experience with SQL and Power BI preferred
• Ability to build SSRS reports and write SQL queries
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• SQL database or Power BI certification preferred
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Excel, and Power Platform or other automation tools
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
