We are seeking highly experienced Senior Mortgage Processors to hang their license with us. We provide you with files to process and you can bring your current loan officers' file with you to our organization! This is a perfect match if you:  Reside in either: AZ, CO, FL, HI, or TX  Currently hold an active NMLS license and must be willing to get a California and Hawaii NMLS license  Have worked as a broker processor with multiple lenders such as UWM, Freedom, Caliber/NewRez for at least the last five years  Want to earn between $700 - $1,300 per file  Want to create your own schedule and work hours  Prefer to work independently with... no management oversight  Would like to give your current MLOs the option to pass processing fees to borrowers  Won't be speaking/answering to realtors  Want to plug into a system with Chatting Software, cloud base phone, 24/7 live receptionist, Arive LOS, GSuite, pricing menu, turn times and processing SOPs, and much more  Prefer to accept files in multiple states without worrying about administrative work such as compliance, audits, branch licensing, lease offices, MCR reports, and more non-making money activities Responsibilities:  Complete and submit initial disclosures  Complete and submit closing disclosures  Clearly communicate conditions to borrowers and get them clear as soon as possible  Analyze credit reports, income, asset documents, and complete income calculations  Submit complete applications to multiple lender portals  Order insurance, appraisal, and any other necessary items to ensure file closes on time  Meet all milestones deadlines  Communicate directly with borrowers, appraisers, insurance agents, AEs, MLOs, title, escrow officers and any parties applicable to close the file on time  Follow our best practices for communication, meeting deadlines, and compliance  Upload docs to lender portals and Arive Qualifications:  Be able to calculate income for self-employed and real estate backers  Know how to submit files to different lender portals such as UWM, Caliber/New Rez, Freedom, and others  Be extremely organized and have great attention to details  Facilitate all communication and obtain necessary documentation with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, title/escrow, and appraisers to ensure loans close on time  A full understanding of mortgage loan products such as FHA/VA/CONV/USDA and knowledge of mortgage procedures, processes, documentation, submissions, and closing procedures  Prior experience as an LOA, Loan Partner, Loan Officer, and/or Underwriter is a plus  Be professional and courteous and all communications  Be responsive in a timely manner and be proactive with meeting deadlines and turn times Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 yearly
