The Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring each customer has a pleasant experience at Western Aircraft by providing a friendly welcoming atmosphere, and exceptional service through anticipating needs and proactively offering services. It is the expectation that all customer requests will be performed in a timely, professional manner. This person will act as the... face of Western Aircraft and be the first point of contact for all visitors.
Schedule: Thursday-Monday, 1pm-9pm
Duties & Responsibilities
 Answers telephones, takes and relays messages to appropriate personnel in a timely manner
 Documents service requests by completing an aircraft arrival form
 Coordinates customer lodging accommodation requirements
 Insures rental cars are ordered, on-site, and clean prior to customer arrival
 Greets arriving/departing customers
 Facilitates customer and vendor catering requests
 Communicates service requests to personnel in Line Service, Maintenance and Avionics via telephone and two-way radio
 Informs customers of other services provided by Western Aircraft
Qualifications & Job Requirements
 Minimum two (2) years' experience in a customer service role
Other Prerequisites
 Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
 Ability to obtain Airport Issued security badge
 Valid Driver's license
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
 Work is performed in an office environment with moderate noise level. Constantly requires repetitive movement of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers. Constantly requires clear vision to read printed materials and computer screen to accomplish work.
