Description...
 Take inbound to answer questions and work towards a solution (40-50) and make outbound calls when available (90-120+ calls a day) and use various collection strategies to collect on past due bills
 Answer customers questions regarding bill
 Offer options on how to pay/negotiate payment in full or set up payment arrangements
 Manage and review accounts to identify adjustments, discrepancies, and create a request for resolution
Qualifications:  1+ year of customer service experience  Someone who performs well with upset customers face to face or over the phone  Some who is well spoken or professional over the phone  Basic computer (restarting a computer, using an internet browser, Microsoft Office, and typing) skills  Ability to multi-task, strong listening skills, and proven reliability/punctuality in past positions required
Hours: Mon-Thurs 11 AM-8 PM, Friday 9 AMÂ6 PM, with a rotating Saturday (MST)
Pay: $20 h/r (weekly pay)
