What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Provide phone coverage for incoming and outgoing calls, directing calls to appropriate staff
• Resolve customer service issues and pharmacy network problems to ensure client satisfaction
• Assist with new client enrollments, changes, and deletions
• Support on-site client orientation, health fairs, and business conferences
• Perform office duties such as copying, collating, mailings, filing, and credit cards

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
• Completion of mandatory training programs, including HIPAA Privacy Course and HIPAA Security Course
• Exceptional phone and listening skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
