WeÂre looking for a Senior Partnerships Executive  New Business to join our Commercial & Marketing team either working remotely or based in our Salford Quays, Manchester or Haywards Heath, West Sussex offices.
This role is a 15 month fixed term contract to cover additional need within the department. There is a chance this role could become permanent but this will depend on business needs, so cannot be guaranteed.
In this role youÂll learn all about the world of price comparison and how we manage our partners, so donÂt worry if you donÂt have experience in this area, if you are willing to learn and have the skills below we would love to talk to you! YouÂll assist the Head of New Business Partnerships and Senior Partnerships Manager in overseeing the strategic relationships across PCW and Affiliate partners. Helping deliver the PCW roadmaps, agreeing and monitoring co-funds and monitoring and driving conversations on the PCW KPIs to support the overall trading KPIs for New business.

WhatÂs involved:
 Support the execution of the groups PCW & affiliates distribution strategy
 Support on the PCW data strategy, to drive engagement and track and quantify the benefit of the data
 Maintain the groups position as partner of choice with PCWs, positioning us as an agile, responsive and collaborative partner
 Support the Co-fund strategy with PCWs and Retail Pricing to deliver optimised cost per sale on a Gross and Net basis
 Manage the PCW KPIs at a granular level to understand the impact on budgeted KPIS and P&L
 Monitor and understand1st to click and 1st to sale KPIs and understand what will effect and influences those metrics.
 Have a good understanding of new business distribution know our competitors, their products and be aware of changes in market
 Be the expert on PCWs for the business, knowing the customer journey, mappings, promotions and offers and actively suggesting initiatives that drive value
 Own the day to day management of partners, ensuring actions are tracked and delivered in a timely manner
 Own the compliance checks and controls through the PCW channels ensuring content is up to date and any changes are raised and delivered
 Support on optimisation of the proposition through the PCWs working alongside Product, digital and Pricing to drive maximum value through the funnel
 Support the delivery of the Direct growth strategy and understand opportunities from the marketing roadmap that help to optimise performance on the PCWs.
 Support the PCW and affiliate Multiproduct strategy
 Support delivery of the programme of technical work, collaborating with stakeholders across the business to align activity, secure resources and govern the change agenda robustly
 Work collaboratively across C&M wiser team to deliver a seamless, frictionless aggregator customer journey to deliver high volume quotes, conversions, upsells to direct products and ancillary products
Experience & knowledge
 Experience in a Commercial function with a demonstrable track record of success.
 Experience of managing third party relationships
 Demonstrable experience in identifying opportunities to increase and optimise distribution
 Significant experience in financial services
 P&L management
 Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (including FCA and ASA)
 Detailed knowledge of personal lines insurance distribution, particularly price comparison websites
 Detailed understanding of business objectives
