We are looking for a Remote Online Chat Representative to provide real-time customer support via chat, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities: • Live Chat Support: Respond to incoming chats from potential and current clients regarding inquiries about services, pricing, project updates, and technical issues. • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot client concerns or questions in real-time, providing quick and accurate solutions or escalating issues to relevant internal teams. • Service Inquiries: Provide detailed information about our digital marketing services, including SEO, web design, social media management, and more. • Lead Qualification: Engage with website visitors to gather information, qualify leads, and schedule follow-up consultations with the sales team. • Follow-Up: Track client conversations and follow up on any pending questions or unresolved issues to ensure client satisfaction. • Data Entry: Log all interactions and client details into the CRM system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions. • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, customer service, and technical teams to relay customer feedback, concerns, or requests for information.

Requirements: • Strong written communication skills with an ability to convey information clearly and professionally • Prior experience in online chat support or customer service is preferred • Ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously and remain organized • Comfortable with using chat software and CRM tools (training provided) • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle inquiries efficiently • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Basic understanding of digital marketing services is a plus but not required
