 Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
 Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer queries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
 Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing overall customer experience
