Ricci & Associates is hiring a Data Entry Specialist to work remotely, ensuring the accurate and efficient input of essential data. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage tasks independently. This role supports our operations by maintaining data accuracy and providing critical reports, all while enjoying the flexibility of working from home. Key... Responsibilities: Â Input, update, and maintain accurate data across systems and databases. Â Verify data for errors or inconsistencies, making corrections as needed. Â Collaborate remotely with other departments to gather, clarify, or validate data. Â Generate and distribute reports, summaries, or data exports for internal use. Â Maintain electronic records in compliance with data security policies. Â Monitor workflows to ensure all tasks are completed promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Â Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or in a similar role. Â High typing speed with strong accuracy (50-70 WPM preferred). Â Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other data management tools. Â Familiarity with CRMs or similar database systems is a plus. Â Ability to work efficiently remotely with minimal supervision. Â Strong organizational and time management skills. Â High attention to detail and data integrity.
Educational Requirements: Â High school diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred).
Pay: 25-32$/hr
