Skills
 Proven experience in bookkeeping
 Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
 Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, FreshBooks)
 Strong data entry skills with keen attention to detail
 Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks
 Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Responsibilities
 Record daily financial transactions and manage the posting process with accuracy
 Verify transactions in the day book, supplierÂs ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger
 Prepare financial records to bring the books to the trial balance stage
 Process accounts receivable and payable, as well as handle payroll efficiently
 Prepare and file necessary financial documents
 Reconcile company accounts to ensure accuracy and consistency
 Assist with tax payments and returns
 Monitor cash flow and generate financial reports to support management decision-making
Qualifications
 Proven experience in bookkeeping
 Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
 Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, FreshBooks)
 Strong data entry skills with keen attention to detail
 Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Education Requirements
