 Excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities
 Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives.
 Assist policyholders with billing questions and concerns.
 Provide support for any requested policy changes.
 Offer recommendations to policyholders and adjust as necessary.
Qualifications
 Must be located in South Carolina
 Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
 Over 18 years of age
 High School Graduate or GED required
 Call Center experience preferred (6 months)
