Role Overview:
The VP, Product and Sector Marketing is responsible for developing and executing the company's go-to-market strategy across product, service, and practices. This role requires collaboration with business partners and marketing teams to ensure the successful launch and growth of products and services with supporting value propositions and campaigns. The VP, Product and Sector Marketing will drive market positioning, competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and overall market strategy to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:  Brand Development and Architecture- develop and manage product branding and architecture for growing portfolio of tech products  Build out sector value propositions and marketing plan  Messaging - develop positioning and messaging that differentiates Concentrix and resonates... with clients by highlighting value propositions, impact and return on investment  Strategy development and execution - develop/implement comprehensive and critical growth initiatives for new and existing products and services  Drive market-leading insights and thought leadership- evaluate industry landscape, technological trends, market dynamics, and perform insightful internal and external research, benchmarking and analysis; develop the thought leadership strategy to influence industry analysts, media, and customers to share Concentrix's vision for the market and our solutions  Manage and transform the relationship with industry analysts, through engagement, briefings and interactions, ensuring that the company establishes a strong presence across a range of new segments to support brand positioning.  Cross-functional collaboration - collaborate with cross-functional teams to align go-to-market strategies with business objectives and ensure cohesive and effective execution of GTM plans  Inspiring and influential leadership - lead, mentor, and coach the team including staffing, performance management, and talent development. Inspire a mindset of innovation and transformative thinking.
Qualifications:  10+ years relevant work experience with demonstrated ability in developing and executing initiatives that drive revenue and improve customer sentiment  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Strategy, or another business-related field; MBA preferred  The right candidate will come from a global technology and services company and will have the capacity to represent a broad range of solutions across business strategy, experience design, software engineering, automation, and operations.  Ability to mix deep technical expertise with simple, everyday language to deliver a story that is memorable, educational, and useful  Adept at quickly understanding new technologies and identifying business value  Strong qualitative and quantitative analytic skills and ability to develop an understanding of market dynamics & customer behavior  Ability to create presentations, visualize data and articulate a story behind the data and insights appropriate for executive audiences  Confident in communicating vision, status, and performance metrics to key stakeholders  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines and demonstrate flexibility  Challenges the status quo to identify areas for improvement, efficiency and effectiveness  Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with various functional areas and influence in a large global organization
