Description:
• Develop and communicate data-driven insights derived from Zelis’ sales pipeline opportunities.
• Project the value of specific sales opportunities via analytical methods.
• Advise Sales & prospects on scoping of analytic opportunities, data quality, and delivery expectations.
• Use predictive analytics to portray product performance to existing & prospective customers.
• Translate data insights into practical implications and opportunities for the Sales organization.
• Coach others to instill a culture of fact - based decision making.
• Evaluate, develop, select, and integrate new tools and processes for data gathering and reporting.
• Provide direct oversight to a team of 5 Data Analysts & 1 Manager.
• Develop vision for future state organization of the Product Analytics organization structure.
• Invest in and build improved infrastructure for Zelis’ Impact Analysis function.

Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree required and 15+ years experience in analytics. • 10 ... years ’ experience in an analytics leadership role. • Expertise in the collection, analysis, and delivery of large, multidimensional data sets, including using advanced analytical tools and methodology (e.g., Tableau, SQL, Python). • Experience designing and delivering analyses that inform product roadmaps. • Comfortable analyzing product adoption and customer usage data to provide insight into growth opportunities. • Experience building and leading cross functional teams across the go - to - market organization, including partnering with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Product and/or Customer Success. • Strong business acumen and financial skillsets, with the ability to analyze and effectively interpret financial, sales, marketing customer information for effective decision making. • A high energy, hands - on leadership style that is capable of leading and influencing cross - functional stakeholders in a high - growth, private equity backed environment. • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills; comfortable and credible with both internal stakeholders and external audiences.
