We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven individual to join our Planning and Execution Team as a Program Specialist, Digital Portfolio Office focusing on reporting & analytics and continuous improvement.
In this role, the Program Specialist will be responsible for creating and maintaining progress tracking as a reporting suite, and other ad hoc analyses for the companyÂs portfolio of complex technical initiatives and projects. This Program Specialist will also help craft leadership storylines based on metrics showing if our initiatives are being executed effectively and aligned with the companyÂs goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across Commercial, CX, and Ops on both the Business and IT sides, to help ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will be technology-comfortable, familiar with our Enterprise tech planning process, fluent in data manipulation and insights analysis, intellectually curious, willing and able to independently find and create improvements in our process and have excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with a PMO and financial literacy is a bonus. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with potential for significant network growth and senior leader exposure opportunities. Responsibilities
 Develop and maintain dashboards/reporting suite to show a clear view of the companyÂs progress of initiatives and projects (backend coding and frontend visualization)
 Deliver ad hoc analytical support to DL tech-facing leaders and their teams across Commercial, CX, and Ops
 Drive stability and continuity of data needs across the Enterprise for tech initiatives
 Collaborate closely with IT Portfolio Development Office to translate unique business user needs into improved standardized tech reporting
 Work closely with multiple user teams to transform manual tasks into repeatable, scalable processes
 Support creation of executive storylines and decks

What You Need To Succeed (minimum Qualifications)
 3+ years experience in reporting & analytics, including database management, API creation and connection, PowerBI development, Tableau development, SAS, SQL knowledge
 Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
 Strong problem-solving skills; ability to independently identify and manage risks and issues
 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
 Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams autonomously
 Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
 Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
 Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
 Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
