In the role of QA Tester & Support, you will partner with PMs and software developers to create and run tests, identify bugs or areas of improvement, and provide feedback. You will provide ongoing support to help customers be successful and maximize their return on the product.
Key Qualifications
 Minimum 5-7 years of experience working in a QC or QA role
 Advanced experience with Apple hardware and software
 Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
 Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and isolating issues
 Familiar with bug tracking tools and test case management tools
 Strong attention to detail and solutions-oriented
 Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to respond quickly and clearly
 Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Description
Testing / QA
 Identifying bugs, inconsistencies, and areas of improvement to ensure the delivery of high-quality and error-free solutions
 Anticipating and testing dependencies such as new software and hardware releases
 Documenting comprehensive and reproducible unit tests
 Creating and sourcing test assets
 Reviewing up to 8 projects at a time
 Ensuring projects adhere to strict security standards
Support
 Onboarding new users including performing demos and holding office hours
 Creating support documentation such as user guides and release notes
 Responding to support tickets
 Managing access groups
 Administering application pages and ensuring releases are up-to-date
Education & Experience
A BachelorÂs degree is preferred
