What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Provide peer support services for members facing behavioral health issues and substance dependence
• Serve as a consumer advocate, offering information and resources to clients in various settings
• Assist members in setting and pursuing their recovery goals in collaboration with their treatment team
• Engage with clients remotely, adhering to CST or EST work hours
• Maintain knowledge of community resources and HIPAA regulations

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of experience in Healthcare or Managed Care
• Knowledge of community resources and managed care practices
• Understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality rules
• Availability to work CST or EST

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Graduate of a two- or four-year allied Health Program
• Experience in a psychiatric unit or facility
• Active and unrestricted Certified Peer Specialist certification
