Urtasker is a leading e-commerce marketing agency specializing in helping brands grow across major online marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop. We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our team and oversee the success of our clients across these platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience working with an Amazon, E-commerce, or media agency and will be pivotal in driving sales, increasing visibility, and delivering growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:Marketplace Strategy & Brand Development: • Develop and execute customized brand strategies for Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop to achieve sales growth and brand expansion. • Maintain brand consistency and ensure product listings align with brand guidelines across all marketplaces. • Identify trends and growth opportunities, including product line expansion, exclusive launches, and promotional offers.

Product Listings & Optimization:
• Created and optimized product listings (titles... bullet points, descriptions, images, and SEO keywords) for Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop.
• Manage brand stores and enhanced content (A+ Content, Storefronts) to improve product presentation and engagement.
• Use tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Walmart Seller tools, and others to track performance and refine listings.

Advertising & Campaign Management:
• Collaborate with PPC and ad teams to manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Walmart Connect, and TikTok Ads campaigns.
• Plan, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple marketplaces to achieve ROAS and reduce ACOS.
• Coordinate seasonal promotions, discounts, and product launches across platforms.

Inventory & Operations Management:
• Work closely with operations and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth inventory management across FBA, FBM, and Walmart fulfillment.
• Forecast product demand and manage replenishments to avoid stockouts.
• Monitor TikTok Shop logistics and manage fulfillment and shipping timelines effectively.

Analytics & Reporting:
• Track key metrics, including sales, conversion rates, ACOS, ROAS, and customer feedback across all platforms.
• Provide regular reports and performance insights to stakeholders, with actionable recommendations.
• Leverage analytics tools to identify trends, optimize performance, and unlock new growth opportunities.

Brand Defense & Compliance:
• Monitor for unauthorized sellers and implement brand defense strategies to protect brand equity across all marketplaces.
• Ensure compliance with policies and guidelines across Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop.
• Work closely with marketplace support teams to resolve any account, listing, or compliance issues.

Qualifications: • 2-4 years of experience working with an Amazon, E-commerce, or media agency. • Hands-on experience managing brands across Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop is highly preferred. • Expertise in Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, and TikTok Shop Seller Center. • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Excel, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Walmart Connect Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager. • Experience managing PPC campaigns across marketplaces. • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
