 Organize and maintain office files and records in an orderly manner.

 Demonstrate proficiency in Google Suite for document creation, data management, and collaboration.
 Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and correspondence management.
 Maintain a high level of computer literacy to navigate various software applications efficiently.
Experience
 Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
 Familiarity with office procedures and practices is essential.
 Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
 Experience with event planning is a plus but not mandatory.
 Proficiency in using phone systems and various office software applications is required.
