• Organize and maintain office files and records in an orderly manner.
• Assist with event planning, including logistics coordination and vendor communication.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Google Suite for document creation, data management, and collaboration.
• Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and correspondence management.
• Maintain a high level of computer literacy to navigate various software applications efficiently.

Experience
• Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
• Familiarity with office procedures and practices is essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
• Experience with event planning is a plus but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in using phone systems and various office software applications is required.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail are crucial for success in this position.
