 The Team Director, Media Direct has expertise in leading and working with digital media execution and planning.
 In this role the director will develop strong partnerships with clients to own and grow their accounts and strategies.
 The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience across digital marketing channels to help elevate and guide the Media Direct team on strategy and execution.
Requirements:  8+ years in digital media buying, planning, and strategy, ideally managing... campaigns with $100K higher monthly spend  Media/Marketing agency experience is preferred, and a background in B2B Marketing is a must  Must have hands-on experience planning and buying content syndication and direct publisher programs  Account Based Marketing (ABM) experience is preferred  Hands-on experience with Convertr and/or Integrate is strongly preferred  Exceptional relationships with B2B media vendors and lead-gen partners  Strong team management, hiring, and mentorship abilities  Strong collaboration skills, able to work with multiple clients and departments to accomplish goals  Ability to influence client decisions and comfortability accompanying the sales team on pitches  Superb communication skills - written and oral, presentation skills are key for this role  as is speaking to clients  High-end Excel skills: Coding, using advanced formulas and pivot tables  Bonus points: knowledge of and experience working with digital channels outside of media direct (IE programmatic, paid social, SEM, etc)
