- **Issue Resolution:** Work independently to identify and resolve client issues, escalating complex cases to senior team members as necessary. Maintain a calm demeanor when addressing client concerns and provide follow-up support as required.
- **Database Management:** Accurately input and maintain client information in our internal databases. Ensure records are up to date and reflective of current client interactions and service agreements.
- **Collaboration:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical support, and logistics, to ensure client requirements are met and expectations exceeded.
- **Administrative Support:** Assist in the preparation of reports, documentation, and presentations as needed. Manage scheduling and appointment coordination for client meetings.
- **Feedback Loop:** Collect feedback from clients regarding their experiences and communicate insights to the team to help improve our services and offerings.
- **Compliance:** Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and adhere to best practices in managing client information and interactions.
- **Continuous Learning:** Stay informed about CorningÂs products and services, attending training sessions and team meetings to enhance your knowledge and capabilities. Â *Requirements:**
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or relevant coursework in business administration or related field preferred.
- **Experience:** No prior experience is necessary; however, customer service experience, even in a volunteer capacity, will be beneficial.
