Responsibilities: • The key to meeting customer expectations and providing high-quality sales service is possessing an in-depth understanding of the products being sold and collaborating effectively with colleagues • Successful retail management means constantly striving to reach sales objectives while simultaneously providing superior customer service and meeting operational demands • Develop a routine that suits your needs and fits with your lifestyle to help you maximize your productivity • Seeks to understand the needs of every customer by asking open-ended questions • Proficiency in Acquiring and Propagating Mastery of Product Attributes and Trends to Accommodate Customers’ Likes • Demonstrates a thorough understanding of all products, including upcoming developments and significant industry shifts • Celebrating and recognizing the unique achievements and contributions of all individuals, regardless of their background, cultivates a sense of pride and unity in the workplace

Qualifications: • Novice Retail Professional • The ability to comfortably engage with customers is a key component of providing an elevated customer experience • Motivated by the inspiration gained from interacting with customers and the excitement of sporting goods, individuals strive for excellent outcomes • Begins fulfilling obligations or responsibilities without the requirement for constant direction • The job necessitates adaptability in scheduling, including availability on weekends, holidays, and during nontraditional hours
