Responsibilities
• Accurately enter a variety of data and customer orders into our ERP system
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding their production orders
• Review and update data in the system to ensure accuracy
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in received data
• Report any data-related issues to your supervisor

Qualifications
• Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service, preferably within a manufacturing setting
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Education Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Secondary education certificate

Experience Requirements
• Previous experience in a related field is preferred, but not mandatory
