Responsibilities: • The key to meeting customer expectations and providing high-quality sales service is possessing an in-depth understanding of the products being sold and collaborating effectively with colleagues • In order to succeed in the competitive world of retail, businesses must prioritize achieving sales targets, providing a superior customer experience, and meeting operational requirements • Remember to take breaks and allow yourself time to recharge and refocus • Connects with patrons by employing open-ended questioning to evaluate individual needs • The Capability to Acquire and Disseminate Product Knowledge and Trends to Suit Customer Requirements • Stays up-to-date on all product knowledge, from the newest releases to upcoming developments and industry insights • Celebrating and recognizing the unique achievements and contributions of all individuals, regardless of their background, cultivates a sense of pride and unity in the workplace

Qualifications: • Retail Experience of Less Than Three Years • One of the most important aspects of delivering an unmatched customer experience is feeling comfortable and confident in engaging with customers • Being inspired by customer engagement and athletic products motivates individuals to strive for exceptional outcomes • Commences fulfilling tasks or responsibilities with little need for close supervision • As a condition of employment, the candidate must be accessible for work during nonstandard hours, such as nights, weekends, and holidays
