Financial Services Administrator (Part-time, Job-share, Full-time)

The opportunity
As a result of the exciting growth within Zurich corporate Risk (ZCR), we have an opportunity to join our Accounts team on a permanent basis. This role involves the completion of accurate and timely accounts across both group life and group income protection schemes, to ensure companies are paying the correct premium.
We aren't fussed if you've worked in a similar role before, ideally you will have previous experience using Excel and be confident speaking on the phone, the rest we can teach. If this sounds like you, then we would love to hear from you!

What will you be doing?
 Interacting with customers and support sales team as required
 Daily monitoring of Work Manager tasks to meet KPI/SLA requirements
 Timely and accurate Accounts issued
 Dealing with day-to-day queries and action within SLAÂs
 Liaising with internal teams to improve customer focus
 Involvement in the Daily comm cell meetings discussing workloads, concerns, and plan for the day
 Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
 Initiate and implement process improvement ideas
 Sharing knowledge and expertise
 Understanding the impact of the Accounts in relation to ZCRÂs Debt position
 Working closely with the Key Financial Controls team to identify and resolve reconciliation differences
Who are we looking for? We aren't fussed if you've worked in a similar role before, but ideally you will have some of the following:
 Previous experience using Excel and other Microsoft packages
 Confident speaking on the phone
 Passionate about customers and driving through continuous improvement
 Ability to cope with varying workloads, pressures, and priorities
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Excellent judgement and decision-making skills
 Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
 Excellent attention to detail, with strong focus on quality and root cause analysis
 Able to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, both within and outside of ZCR
