Job Summary...
 Develop a pipeline of highly qualified local talent in key targeted areas to support technology solutions.
 Spearhead Talent Acquisition efforts by managing the entire recruitment lifecycle process from sourcing to hiring.
 Source, phone- screen and deliver qualified candidates, as per the given requirements, timelines, and budget.
 Develop strong rapport with the Account Managers, Resource Managers, and recruitment team; work along with them to ensure timely and quality resource fulfillment.
 Plan & prioritize requirements & publish status update/reports on a periodic basis.
 Contribute to continuous improvement of OP's Internal Processes
 Cultivate company culture that will encourage leading talent to join our team
Requirements
Requirements/Skills Needed:
 3+ yrs of strong IT recruitment experience (end-to-end hiring cycle) in the US region.
 Strong command of talent sourcing through direct/passive channels.
 Must have strong knowledge on job boards like Dice & Monster
 Should be familiar with US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C, etc.) & work authorizations.
 Should be familiar with the IT resource market of North America region.
 Ability to establish networking through social media such as LinkedIn
 Strong communication & client interaction skills
 Experience in advanced sourcing techniques.
 Experience with Ceipal is a plus not mandatory.
Additional Job Details:
Set-up and Location: Remote/WFH (Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, or Cebu)
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (US PST) | 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM (PH Time)
Employment Type: Full-time
