What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Handle customer inquiries through phone and email while maintaining quality metrics
• Participate in training sessions and apply knowledge to enhance service delivery
• Use data analytics to identify call trends and report findings
• Escalate critical issues to supervisors or management as necessary

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of contact center or related customer service experience
• At least 6 months of computer experience in a business environment
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance
• Must be a US Citizen

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Bachelor's degree
• Prior experience supporting the Small Business Administration
