Responsibilities
 Respond to a queue of customer service tickets via email.
 Look up and track customer orders and research loyalty card account inquiries.
 Work with internal teams to find answers and resolve customer issues.
 Provide clear, concise, and professional written responses to customers.
 Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
Qualifications: Â Strong written communication skills. Â Ability to research issues and collaborate with internal teams. Â Good documentation skills to track and resolve inquiries. Â Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Â Must be reliable and dependable, with the ability to work onsite.
