What You'll Do
 Via phone or email, provide excellent customer support and information to vehicle owners who are at risk for their level of satisfaction with the product
 Proactively contact customers to help them have the ultimate customer care experience so they are happy with their purchase
 Support the department and team leads with operational projects
 Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude

Skills For Success
Required Skills
 Computer navigation and telephone skills
 Typing skills
 Able to problem solve and take part in discussions as a consultant
 Able to negotiate/create solutions that meet client, customer and Morley objectives
 Have a strong work ethic, an ability to meet deadlines, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and strong attention to detail
 Able to build positive, lasting relationships with your customer base
 Have a full understanding of project operational and workflow processes to meet quality and productivity guidelines
Eligibility Requirements
 One or more years of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)
 High school diploma or equivalent
 Available to work shifts between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. Eastern time, Monday to Friday (no weekends!)
 Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably, as some queues are time sensitive
Nice to Have
 Degree in relevant or related field
Remote Work Requirements
 Michigan resident
 High-speed internet access at home that you are able to connect to via Ethernet or landline
 Secluded and distraction-free work environment
